1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of hosting, domain and related services provided by Want More Hosting ("we", "us"), based in Buea, South West Region, Cameroon. By ordering a service you accept these terms.
2. Services and payment
Services are billed in advance in Central African CFA francs (FCFA/XAF), monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Payment is accepted by MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money and bank transfer.
Renewal pricing: the price you sign up at is the price you renew at for as long as your service remains active and uninterrupted.
Invoices are issued before the due date. Services with unpaid invoices may be suspended after a reasonable grace period, and terminated if payment remains outstanding.
3. Fair use of "unlimited" resources
Where a plan advertises unlimited websites, databases or email accounts, this refers to the number of those items, not to unlimited server resources. All shared hosting accounts operate within reasonable limits on processing power, memory and file count (inodes).
If your account consistently consumes resources that affect other customers, we will contact you first and help you optimise or upgrade. We do not suspend accounts for resource use without prior notice, except where a site is actively causing an outage.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use our services to host or distribute: content that is illegal under Cameroonian law; malware, phishing pages or material designed to defraud; unsolicited bulk email (spam); content that infringes copyright or trademarks; or material that sexualises minors.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in these activities, and to cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
5. Backups
We take regular backups as described in your plan and store them off-server. However, backups are provided as a courtesy and you remain responsible for maintaining your own copies of important data. We recommend downloading a full backup of your website periodically.
6. Uptime
We target 99.9% uptime and monitor our infrastructure continuously. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Downtime caused by factors outside our control — including upstream network failures, denial-of-service attacks and force majeure — is excluded from this target.
7. Refunds
Hosting services may be cancelled at any time from your client area. Domain registrations are non-refundable once registered, as registry fees are paid immediately and cannot be recovered.
If a hosting service does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue, contact us and we will discuss a fair resolution.
8. AI console
Our AI assistant performs hosting tasks on your instruction. Actions that permanently delete data require your explicit confirmation before they are carried out. You remain responsible for the instructions you give. AI credits are allocated monthly per plan and do not carry over.
9. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, keeping your website software (including WordPress, themes and plugins) updated, and for the content you publish.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate with reasonable notice. On termination we will provide access to a final backup of your data for a reasonable period before deletion.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers at least 30 days in advance.
